We got the wrong brakes and I have tried to reach out to them on multiple occasions per their instructions with no response

Todd, I'm sorry we sent the wrong brakes and didn't respond when you reached out. That's on us. We now have a full-time customer service agent so emails get answered. Please email mmcosupport@gmail.com with your order number and the details, and I'll look it over personally and see what we can do.
