Return & Refund Policy – Modded Moto Co

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be approved by Modded Moto Co prior to being sent back.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.

  • Eligible items must be returned in the same condition as received — uninstalled, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Custom-made, printed, or graphic items are non-refundable.

  • Proof of purchase and/or order number is required for all returns.

  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is confirmed defective.

  • If a product is defective or faulty, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Returns Due to Ordering Mistakes

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Modded Moto Co does not provide return labels for orders placed in error.

Electronics & Installed Components

Installed electronics including (but not limited to) controllers, motors, and batteries are subject to review and approval by Modded Moto Co. Returns may be refused if items show signs of installation, use, or modification.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process, please return the original item and place a new order. If the error was on our end, we will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Return Authorization & Liability

Modded Moto Co reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet policy requirements. Due to the nature of performance parts and electronics, returns are evaluated case-by-case.

  • Returns must be authorized before shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipment risk

  • We are not liable for lost or damaged return packages

International Orders

All international orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases. Please verify compatibility and accuracy before ordering.
