Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Some items ship directly from our suppliers and can take 5–10 business days to leave the warehouse. If an order is going to take longer than expected, we will email you — you should not have to chase us for it.
Items marked Pre-Order in the description ship on the timeline noted on the product page. Pre-order items can take several weeks depending on production and supplier schedules.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Most shipments are sent via UPS, though carriers may vary. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
