When a customer buys a Modded Moto Co product on your store, the order is routed to us through Shopify Collective. We pick, pack, and ship it straight to your customer.
Once a Shopify Collective order is received by Modded Moto Co, that order is in the possession of Modded Moto Co. Modded Moto Co has sole and final authority over all decisions about that order, including but not limited to:
By selling Modded Moto Co products through Shopify Collective, retailers agree to these terms.
This policy applies only to orders placed through Shopify Collective. It doesn't change our standard policies for customers who buy directly from moddedmotoco.com.
