Upper controller plastic cover for the Sur-Ron Light Bee.

This panel covers the top of the controller and keeps roost, water, and debris off it. Covers crack at the mounting tabs from vibration and impacts, and once one is broken the controller is exposed. This is the plastic piece on its own, so reuse the original fasteners.
