Number 22 on the parts diagram, battery foam buffer.

This foam pad sits at the front of the battery on the Sur-Ron Light Bee and takes up the gap between the pack and the frame. Foam compresses and breaks down over time, which is when the pack starts to move and knock. A new pad puts the fit back to where it started.
