Horn block off plate.

When the horn is removed, it leaves an open mounting hole. This plate covers that opening so the gap is filled in and dirt and water are not going straight through it. It is a small finishing piece for a bike that has had the horn deleted. Compare the photos to your mounting point before ordering.
