Heavy Hitter redesigned your favorite skid plate to fit all motors, re-optimized the bash plate angles for enduro, and tightened fitment around all controllers to protect your phase wires from sticks and rocks. At 3.4 lb, the V2 also adds rigidity to your frame. Where plastic skid plates flex into your motor — risking broken motor mounts and cases — the V2's 7075 T6 billet side supports and replaceable bash plate withstand 6,000 lb of impact force. During TKO hard enduro training, the aluminum plates actually slid over rocks and logs more easily than plastic, since sharp edges can't embed into the surface and create drag.

Installation

Use blue medium thread locker on all hardware. Mounting bolts are T20 Torx; recommended torque 2.6 Nm / 23 in-lb — barely hand-tight, but with thread locker correctly applied it holds securely and stays removable. Tech sheet with assembly and torque specs available for download.
