I waited 4 months by preordering this carbon fiber lid for my eride pro ss. The 3 parts I ordered December 1st 2025, finally arrived but of course the most expensive part, the actual $130 lid did not show up. I sent 3 emails to MMC to try and get some help with my order but I received no response. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed.
Dustin, I'm sorry. A four-month wait, a missing battery lid and unanswered emails is a bad experience, and that's on us. We now have a full-time customer service agent and a full-time packer shipping orders daily. Shipped wrong product then took multiple weeks to respond to email finaly just shipping the correct part they told me they would help but just took way to long
