Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets both of the following conditions:

The product is unused and in original condition
You received the incorrect item from the one you purchased

IMPORTANT:

please do not submit any chargebacks or cancel your order with your bank. It lengthens the time and effort it takes to get a refund, and hurts our business entirely. If you were considering canceling or requesting a refund, please email us at Moddedmotoco@gmail.com or text us at 208-716-2295 And we will assist you the best we can, which is fastest for you and us.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Order Cancellations:

Orders canceled prior to fulfillment/shipment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
A customer who no longer wants their order, or wants a refund in any case scenario, prior to shipment is considered a cancelation and is subject to a 25% cancelation fee. This holds true to all items. Pre-order & in stock

After an order has been fulfilled/shipping label has been printed, it can no longer be canceled/refunded
All cancelation of any Pre-order items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Chargebacks:

Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a fulfilled order will forfeit 100% of the order value, regardless of outcome. Modded Moto Co reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documented proof of fulfillment.
