Surron Ultra Bee Foot Brake Kit V2

Lock in real foot control on your Ultra Bee. This V2 foot brake kit gives you a true dirt bike pedal feel, keeps your left hand free, and delivers confident stopping power when the trail gets steep and rough. Built from real materials that last and designed around the Ultra Bee platform so install is straight forward and the result is solid.

Compatibility

  • Rotor fitment Built around the OEM 240mm rear rotor size. Take a look at the Surron Ultra Bee Big Brake kit to run a 270mm rear rotor!

Install steps

  1. Put the bike on a stable stand. Remove the rear wheel and the stock rear caliper from the mount.

  2. Take the stock caliper hardware off the OEM bracket, & the OEM bracket provided with the caliper in the kit. install all hardware onto the dual caliper bracket. Then install the calipers onto the dual caliper bracket.
  3. Route the included foot brake line along the frame to the new caliper with smooth bends and adequate clearance from heat and moving parts.

  4. slide the dual caliper bracket onto the swingarm. Make sure the bracket seats fully and hardware is torqued to the OEM spec. 

  5. Then re-install your rear wheel & axle. Torque to spec.

  6. Install the CNC left peg bracket. Mount the foot brake pedal and master cylinder assembly.

  7. Now take her for a rip!

FAQs

Does this keep my OEM Hand rear brake?
Yes. The dual caliper bracket is built for a hand and foot setup so you can keep your lever and add a pedal.

Do I need to buy an extra caliper?
No. The kit includes one OEM Ultra Bee rear caliper. You reuse your stock caliper for the hand brake and add the included caliper for the foot brake. 

What rotor size does this require?
It is designed around the 240 mm rear rotor which is the stock size for the Ultra Bee.

Will this work with a 270 mm rear rotor?
Not with this bracket. You would need a our Big Brake bracket + rotor

Is the kit available Pre Bled?
Yes. Choose Pre Bled if you want a quicker install.
